Status

Right now I'm held up in a house I've secured. It's not my own, but it was empty when I got here. I've got my truck pulled outside of the living room window and a mattress against it, a china shelf placed in front of the other, and all the other windows barred up with anything I can get a hold of plus the wood I've gotten from the shed in the backyard. They also left two dogs, which I've been sharing little food with. Just enough to keep them and me on the go. For now they're just company, but who knows about future shortages of food or what not. Also, one of them must be a hunting dog judging by the trophies and certificates on the walls. Not even mad about it. They can come in handy.

Needs? / Assistance?

Right now I'm in need of a way out. Walkers are surrounding this place and I only have one way in and out to the forest. I can only go so far there until it's nothing but highway. I don't want to risk walking for days on end unprotected in this heat.
